Thank You, Harlem...We Love You, Too!

Our Community Cookie Sales Event was a success! The citizens of Harlem came out to support Troop #3027 as we sold out of more than 400 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies displayed on a table near the Kennedy Center. Miss Stacey, Miss Jodi, Ms. Shevy and parents of a few of our Girl Scout members, collected payments from happy members of the community as they purchased Samoas, Do-Si-Do's, Tagalongs, Lemon Cremes, Trefoils and Thin Mints. From 2-4pm, Miss Donna and the girls distributed flyers that they designed and encouraged people to buy cookies. "Support Troop #3027", chanted each of the girls, "buy a box of cookies for $4".

Troop #3027 would like to thank our Harlem neighbors for supporting us. A special thanks goes to Deacon Rodney, director of the Kennedy Center, for providing us with a table, cart and a storage room for our cookies.
