Troop History

Girl Scout Troop #3027 began September, 2009. It was founded by Jodi Holmes and her sister Stacey Holmes who were inspired by the inauguration of President Barack Obama. His campaign called for a greater sense of volunteerism in America. The first year of the troop had 23 girls from Harlem, New York.
