| Troop #3027 spent the night at the New York Hall of Science in Queens! |
Twenty girls and three parents spent the night at the New York Hall of Science in Queens! Girl Scout Troops from all over NYC, Long Island and New Jersey journeyed through the museum to discover the secrets of science; everything from how ants communicate to the magic of optical illusions. After scouring the museum for clues to the mysteries of the universe, using electricity to build a tiny city and using paper, foil and cardboard to create an object that can fly, it was time to change into our pajamas! Before bedtime, we were given milk and cookies and invited to see a 3D movie at NYSCI’s 3D theater. In the morning, the girls ate breakfast and got a chance to visit the museum's store before going home.
