From December 1st to January 31st, Harlem Girls Scout Leaders will be asking the girls to bring in a new or gently used coat to donate to charity. Brand new toys will also be collected and given to an organization called Angel Tree.
Angel Tree donates new toys to children of incarcerated parents. Did you know that:
- More than half of all incarcerated men and women are parents.
- About 75% of women in prison are mothers.
- 1 in every 43 children have a parent in prison.

where is the drop-off location for the coats and toys
The drop-off location for the coats and toys is at the Kennedy Center. Bring all donations on the Saturdays that we have our meetings. Thank you for your interest;)
